How to be a woman in sports

We’ve all seen it.

The athlete who doesn’t make it on the pitch, but still shows up on social media and on the cover of magazines.

We’ve seen it with famous athletes like Jackie Robinson and Tiger Woods.

But now it’s becoming a reality for female athletes.

In fact, the number of female athletes in the NFL and NBA is rising, according to ESPN.

In addition to the new female stars in the NBA, the NFL has made strides in its gender equality efforts.

Last year, the league introduced the Gender Equality and Empowerment Award, which was created to recognize women who make a difference on and off the field.

And this year, there are more opportunities for female players to earn awards, including the Women’s Sports Leadership Award.

But for many, the real success stories have come from women who are doing the work themselves.

Take Jessica Hernandez, a senior on the women’s soccer team at UCLA who is one of the few female players on the national team.

She’s a two-time all-league selection, a first-team All-Pac-12 selection, and the Pac-12 Freshman of the Year.

When Hernandez first arrived at UCLA, the campus was still predominantly male-dominated.

And she said it was just not fair for the women on the team to be treated like second-class citizens.

The women were the ones that were working hard, getting in shape, and she was the one that was going home after practice.

She felt like she had no place.

She was just a woman there, and we just weren’t treated as equal.

That was a huge change, and that was a big turning point for me, Hernandez said.

She started the #Goals, a movement that has since grown into a movement for women’s equality on and near the pitch.

Hernandez’s story is just one of many.

The Women’s Equality Foundation says that women make up more than 50 percent of the country’s sports teams, but only 4 percent of U.S. professional athletes.

Hernandez wants to change that, and for the first time, she’s working with the foundation to build an organization dedicated to advancing the rights of women athletes.

“We’re really trying to take advantage of this opportunity to empower women on and on and beyond the field and into their career,” Hernandez said, “and that is an important step to being a good professional athlete.”

In her spare time, Hernandez works on the sports marketing side of the business, including for the NFL Players Association, and is also an ambassador for the foundation.

The NFLPA is hoping to have a women’s team on the field in 2020, and Hernandez is excited about that possibility.

“That is a very important step for us,” she said.

“So, yeah, I’m excited.”

Hernandez said she hopes the new organization will help bring more women into the game and into leadership positions in the sport.

For now, she is just excited for the new year.

“It feels good to be on this journey and make history, and hopefully, I’ll see you in 2020,” she added.
